As part of the CSR Fair Employer activities, InnoVista Sensors™ supports an association called “100 Chances 100 Emplois” (“100 opportunities for 100 jobs”). InnoVista Sensors™ decided to integrate this association to help young people in difficulty find a job. InnoVista Sensors&trade and “100 Chances 100 Emplois” focus on fighting against discrimination and promote equality of opportunity through a personalized professional project.
Ouissem HAFSOUNI, Strategic Marketing Trainee, in charge of this project, tells us about his enthusiasm: « When InnoVista Sensors&tradetold me about this project, I immediately accepted to be part of it. This is really an enriching experience. I participate to simulated recruitment interviews where I am sometimes younger than the potential candidate. I manage a network of companies within the association and I motivate them to attend our monthly meetings and to offer positions to the candidates. »
By setting professional networks, organizing training sessions and coordinating actions between local industry leaders, we believe we can help young talents find the right job opening.
On November 6th, we celebrated the 1st anniversary of the association. It was the occasion to present the results. Out of 42 candidate we had followed, 12% gave up, 59% are currently accompanied in their project and 29% are already employed in long-term jobs.
