Every year, the Brick Awards reward actions rolled out as part of our CSR programme.
These trophies made from concrete house bricks were inspired by an American action which aimed at building homes for poor people.
Using this raw material, Dean Whittaker, CSR leader, wanted to project an image of concrete and social action. To choose the winners, the CSR committee and the companies managers had to select among the 17 actions led in 2017 based on three criteria:
- Did the action contribute to bringing lasting change?
- Did it succeed in mobilizing a maximum number of employees?
- Was it fun for the participants?
